Chorlton Garden Design Services offers a range of services. The full design service can include all or part of the following elements:
Site analysis and development of a design concept
Presentation drawings and mood boards
These are detailed drawings of the final design concept. They can be done in 3D and also in colour. They can also be done using computer software. The mood boards can give the client the sense of colour, texture, scent and mood of the garden that is being designed.
Full specification and tender preparations
A full specification document will detail every last aspect of the garden build, methods of construction and the materials to be used, and should be used in conjunction with the construction drawings. This pins down exactly what work needs to be done and how, and allows different contractors to quote for the job, with the knowledge that they are all working to the same specification.
Planting plans
Your garden design plans will show key plants and structural planting, but not detailed decorative planting.
Maintenance plans
In time your garden will mature and develop as it achieves its full potential. I can provide advice and guidance as to how best to maintain it throughout the seasons, allowing you to get the most pleasure from your garden.

Different packages are available to suit the different requirements of our clients. Some clients may simply need some help in styling their garden or want a complete garden revamp. In which case, our garden styling package maybe what you need.
Your garden may have good structure that you wish to keep, but it will from time to time need additional planting or even a major overhaul of the planting scheme. Our planting service includes the preparation of planting plans, sourcing and selection of plants and finally the setting out and planting of plants.
After you have designed your garden, put in the new plants, Chorlton Garden Design can also offer maintenance plans, that will help you with looking after the garden and keeping it in its tip top condition.
